• Promoter: Hain Celestial UK Limited (formerly Histon Sweet Spreads Limited), Templar House 4225 Park Approach, Thorpe Park, Leeds, England, LS15 8GB referred to in these terms and conditions as ‘Sun-Pat’.
• The title of the competition is Sun-Pat Sessions.
• This promotion is open to UK & ROI residents (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland only) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of The Hain Daniels Group Limited group of companies and their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
• Purchase of a promotional pack of Sun-Pat is necessary in order to participate in this promotion. Access to the internet is necessary in order to enter.
• By entering this promotion, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries which do not comply with these terms and conditions.
• Promotional packs will be available in participating stores between 12.01 AM on 01.04.25 (the "Opening Date") to 12:00PM on 30.09.25 (the "Closing Date") inclusive, subject to availability and while stocks last. There is an extended “claim by” date in order to encourage responsible consumption.

The prize fund consists of the below:

• 2,365 prizes of 1 x 60-minute pitch bookings at Powerleague’s UK & ROI official venues (excludes 3^rd party venue partners) and can only be redeemed via the Powerleague website at https://www.powerleague.com/.
• Pitch booking is available only at stated off-peak times - Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm, all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday https://www.powerleague.com/.
• 5-a-side pitch bookings only.
• Maximum number of players per pitch is 12.
• Each entrant is limited to one entry per email address.
• Redemption only at Powerleague clubs in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
• Prize not exchangeable.
• Prize valid from 01 April 2025 to 31 December 2025.

• Upload a valid picture of the product as proof of purchase.
• All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

Conditions of Entry:

1. On completion and submission of the online form you will be notified as soon as practicable
2. Winners will be selected at random by computer from all valid entries made by the Closing Date.
3. Promotion only open to 18+. Claims made on behalf of another person (except in your capacity as parent, guardian or equivalent), or joint entries, will not be accepted. Entries from agents, organised group entries, bulk entries or entries automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.
4. Prizes will be despatched within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the valid claim, and will be sent to the email address provided at the time of submission of the claim. You are responsible for ensuring that complete and correct details are provided to the Promoter in order to receive your prize. No responsibility can be taken by the Promoter for online forms that are not seen or taken into account by the Promoter for technical reasons or for incomplete or incorrect details provided in your submission. Responsibility is not accepted for online forms lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind or inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet. 5. An entry is considered valid once the entry has been confirmed as legitimate by the AI verification process.
